Do I have to leave Guesty?
No. Guesty keeps running your listings, calendar and channels. hostFront is the direct channel on top.
Who collects the guest's payment?
You choose. Guests can pay through Guesty, with GuestyPay or the Stripe account connected in Guesty, or hostAI can charge them through your own Stripe account. Whichever you choose, hostAI never holds guest funds.
Can a direct booking double-book a date?
Direct bookings are created in Guesty as reservations, so your calendar and other channels update the way they do for any booking.
Can I keep my own domain?
Yes. The site goes live on your domain, and we set it up with you.
How long does it take?
Connecting takes about 10 minutes. Your preview can be ready in as little as 24 hours.
Is there a contract?
